After coaching with Carmel Mooney, we were able to formulate a plan with the resources she provided. My wife and I were able to submit exemptions and not be forced to make a choice between our beliefs and our careers. The girls can now attend school without endangering their health. Having a seizure disorder made life very difficult for me in many ways. I had heard that a seizure alert dog could be a huge help but most organizations charged over $10,000 for a trained service dog. I interviewed a few families who had gotten life saving service dogs trained by Carmel Mooney and I decided to work with her. Carmel was able to coach me on how to train my dog for a tiny fraction of what most organizations charged. We worked together for almost a year and a half until Beau was task trained to reliably alert to my seziures. He is the love of my life and I get compliments on his abilities everywhere I go. Carmel empowered me to train my service dog beyond anything I could have ever accomplished on my own.
